Many projects can use an existing model with well-designed instructions, approved information and integrations. A custom model is considered only when the requirements justify the additional effort and cost.
Can you work with our existing software?
We assess available APIs, permissions and integration options during discovery. Feasibility depends on the systems involved; proposed connections are confirmed before the build is scoped.
Will we need paid software?
Some projects require subscriptions, API usage or hosting. These are identified in the proposal so you can distinguish development fees from ongoing operating costs.
Can AI make mistakes?
Yes. Outputs need suitable checks. We define testing, source handling and review steps around the task, with escalation to a person where the system is uncertain or cannot proceed.
How do you handle business data?
Data access, storage, provider settings and permissions are agreed for the project. We review what information is necessary and who should be able to access it before connecting systems.
How long does a project take?
The schedule depends on scope, access to systems, data readiness and review availability. Discovery produces a proposed delivery plan with milestones and dependencies.
Who owns and maintains the solution?
Ownership, source-code access, third-party licences, documentation and maintenance responsibilities are set out in the agreement before development begins.
How much does it cost?
